Under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the following periodic submissions are mandatory:

  • Share Transfer Compliance (Reg. 7(3)): Submission of Compliance Certificate signed by the Share Transfer Agent and the Compliance Officer of the company.
