Revival of Struck-off Companies | Logixweb Consultancy
The NCLT Appeal Process

When the Registrar of Companies (ROC) strikes off a company for non-compliance, revival is possible through a formal legal channel:

  • Petition Filing: Drafting and filing an appeal before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
  • Grounds for Revival: Establishing that the company was carrying on business at the time of strike-off.
  • Documentation Support: Compiling pending financial statements, annual returns, and bank records.
  • ROC/Income Tax Response: Managing notifications to and responses from the ROC and Tax authorities.
  • Compliance Restoration: Ensuring all overdue filings are completed post-NCLT order to maintain active status.
